Job Description:
The KC Group is proud to be recruiting for one of the UK’s leading occupational health and wellbeing providers. We’re looking for a highly organised Client Administrator to support patients, clinicians, and operational teams, ensuring cases are managed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Administrator Role:
*Manage diaries, appointments, and case administration.
*Handle calls, emails, and meet-and-greet duties.
*Upload and release medical reports (GDPR compliant).
*Liaise with GPs, specialists, patients, and third parties.
*Maintain accurate records and support health surveillance activities.
To be considered for the Client Administrator role:
*Strong admin skills and confident with MS Office.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
*Professional, discreet, and customer-focused.
*Able to prioritise, work independently, and as part of a team.
Benefits of the Client Administrator role Include:
*Location: Derby (with hybrid working—1 day WFH after training)
*Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week (core hours 08:00–18:00, Mon–Fri)
*Salary: £24,000 per annum
*Pension (up to 6%), life assurance
