About the Role and Key Responsibilities

As a Qualified Supply Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a key role in delivering high quality teaching across primary and/or secondary settings. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons (or confidently following set work), maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils remain motivated and on track with their learning. Flexibility, strong classroom management, and a genuine passion for education are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in primary and/or secondary school settings
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*The ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
*Flexibility and reliability for short-term and long-term supply bookings
