Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client interactions, and supporting the organisation’s reputation for excellence. Duties
*Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
*Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and management of customer information.
*Assist clients with their needs, providing solutions and upselling relevant products or services where appropriate.
*Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
*Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
*Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve complex issues effectively.
*Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times.
Requirements
*Proven experience in a customer service or coordinator role is preferred.
*Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
*Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
*Ability to upsell products or services tactfully to enhance customer experience.
*Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
