Job Description:
Property Manager – Dereham (Lettings & Property Management)
Join a respected, fast-growing independent agency
An established, award-winning independent property agency is expanding its Norfolk footprint and now seeks a knowledgeable, motivated Property Manager to join its high-performing Dereham Lettings team.
The business is known for delivering service that genuinely stands apart — with a strong brand, a people-first culture and an environment where employees are trusted, supported and encouraged to grow.
Who we’re looking for
We want someone who’s building a career, not just looking for the next job. You’ll already bring solid experience within property management and lettings, and you’ll thrive in a varied role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be:
Experienced in property management & lettings (essential)
Propertymark qualified ideally (not essential – full support provided)
A genuine team player with a calm, friendly, solution-focused approach
Strong on lettings legislation (including the upcoming Renters Rights Act)
Professional, confident and clear on the phone
Tech-savvy (experience with Goodlord or Street CRM is a bonus)
Comfortable attending out-of-office appointments
Able to manage a busy workload under pressure
Keen to grow, develop and progress
Above all, you’ll have the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to be part of a respected, forward-thinking property group that does things properly. Independence allows us to put people first — investing in training, supporting progression, and delivering the kind of service that sets us apart.
The business continues to grow organically, and through acquisitions and mergers, with ambitious plans over the next five years. It’s an exciting time to join and make your mark.
What’s in it for you
Competitive salary: £28,000–£32,000 DOE
28 days holiday, increasing as you develop
Paid volunteering days to support causes that matter to you
Fully supported Propertymark training & qualifications
