SBT/MJI Training Instructor

We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Trainer to deliver high-quality SBT and MJI training at our facility. Whether you’re already an experienced trainer or you’ve been developing junior staff in your current role and want to step into a dedicated training position, this is a fantastic opportunity to take that next step.
You’ll play a key part in upskilling technicians, assessing competency, and helping customers work safely and effectively. Full training and development will be provided if you have the right technical foundations and a genuine passion for teaching others.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Deliver engaging, hands-on training across SBT, MJI and related applications
*Coach, mentor and assess learners in line with ECITB standards
*Prepare training rooms, maintain tools/equipment and manage course materials
*Build strong relationships with customers and represent our training brand professionally
*Continuously improve training content and delivery
*Keep your own technical knowledge sharp through ongoing development
What You’ll Bring
*Experience training, mentoring or developing others, formally or informally
*Strong technical background in hand torque, hydraulic torque/tensioning and small-bore tubing
*Confident communicator with a natural ability to explain technical concepts clearly
*Strong organisation, time-management and MS Office skills
*A proactive, positive approach and the ability to work independently
