? About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
*Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*Helping to deliver engaging and accessible lessons
*Supporting pupils with additional needs to ensure progress
*Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school’s values
*Assisting the class teacher with preparation, assessment and classroom organisation
? About You: We would love to hear from you if you:
*Have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
*Are patient, proactive and enthusiastic
*Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
*Hold a relevant qualification (desired but not essential)
*Have a valid DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one
