Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PRU Teacher to deliver Business Studies alongside Psychology, Tourism & Leisure, or other BTEC subjects within a specialist PRU setting in Ilford, Redbridge.
Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver an engaging, differentiated curriculum
* Teach Business Studies alongside Psychology, Tourism & Leisure or BTEC courses
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of learners with SEMH needs
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
* Track progress and support students towards accreditation
* Work collaboratively with pastoral and behaviour teams
Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Business, Psychology, Tourism or BTEC courses
* PRU, SEMH or alternative provision experience preferred
* Strong behaviour management and trauma-informed practice
* Passion for inclusive and restorative education
