A well-established and rapidly expanding business with a strong reputation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support ongoing growth at its Redditch site. The Role
*Lead, organise, and motivate a warehouse team to achieve daily pick and despatch targets
*Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
*Ensure all daily activities are completed safely and on time
*Act as the point of contact for audits, visits, and operational checks
Health & Safety
*Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
*Ensure all equipment is used correctly and staff are fully trained
*Enforce PPE and safe working practices at all times
*Complete daily operational checks and escalate issues promptly
*Ensure incidents and accidents are correctly reported and investigated
Team Management
*Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team
*Allocate work effectively to meet productivity and accuracy targets
*Manage attendance, holidays, and agency labour levels
*Communicate company updates, procedures, and expectations clearly
*Deal with routine people matters fairly and consistently
Quality & Compliance
*Ensure all quality and procedural standards are followed
*Complete and check all operational and despatch paperwork
*Inspect outbound loads and vehicles
*Ensure correct picking, scanning, and despatch processes are followed
*Maintain high standards of operational best practice
About You
*Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor role
*Confident people manager with a hands-on, structured leadership style
*Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
*Strong communicator who leads by example
