HR Advisor (12 Month FTC) – Strong Employee Relations Experience Required
We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a solid background in employee relations to join my client on a 12-month fixed-term contract..
Key Responsibilities
*Take a proactive role in disciplinary, grievance, sickness, suspension, and performance-related issues.
*Coach and advise managers on performance management, sickness absence, grievance processes, and attendance matters.
*Lead and support investigations as required, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently, consistently, and in line with current legislation.
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
*Promote and apply HR best practices that are both compliant and commercially aligned.
Ideal Candidate will have:
*Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent
*Experience of working as an HR Advisor within a fast paced, high volume and dynamic environment
*Great communication skills and the ability to coach and challenge managers on a variety of topics
*Self-confidence, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
*An understanding of UK employment legislation and best practices
*Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage and analyse data
