SEN Teaching Assistant – Islington
Full-time | Long-term | January Start
An Outstanding Catholic Primary School in Islington is seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
Role Overview:
*Support three Year 3 pupils with Autism (ASD)
*Provide 1:1 and small group support
*Implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
*Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
*Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
Requirements:
*Patient, calm, and proactive approach
*Passion for supporting children with SEN
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*SEN/ASD experience desirable but not essential
