*Is a qualified teacher (QTS essential)
*Has a creative and engaging approach to learning
*Builds strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families
*Has a good understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and how to support children in the transition from the EYFS
*Works well as part of a team and contributes to a positive school culture
