Job Title: Operations Administrator & Sales Analyst
Location: Ripon
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: 9am - 5pm (Flexible start time e.g. 8:30am - 4:30pm)

As Operations Administrator & Sales Analyst, you will provide day to day administrative and operational support while leveraging technology to improve processes. You will manage and maintain accurate records, update internal systems and CRMs, prepare and process key documentation, support scheduling and communication across teams and act as a first point of contact for general queries.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide day to day administrative and operational support across the business.
*Prepare, collate and manage key business documentation and records.
*Input, maintain and manage client information, digital records and data in internal systems and CRM.
*Ensure accurate version control of files and compliance with company procedures.
*Act as a first point of contact for client queries and liaise with internal teams, suppliers and partners.
*Support scheduling of meetings, calls and other coordination activities across departments.
*Assist with reporting on business activity, tender outcomes and general administrative tasks.
*Leverage digital tools, CRM systems and AI enabled solutions to improve workflows and data accuracy.
*Carry out other duties as required to support smooth business operations.
Skills & Experience:
*Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or digital systems with an interest in IT/AI and learning new technologies.
*Excellent written and verbal communication, professional, reliable and punctual.
*Methodical, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently or within a team.
*Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling commercial information.
