Sales Support Administrator
Location: Northampton (office-based – car driver required)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

We are recruiting for a number of established Northampton-based organisation is seeking experienced Sales Administrator to support its commercial sales function.
This position would suit someone from a commercial finance, insurance, lending, or corporate finance support background who is comfortable managing financial documentation, liaising with lenders, and supporting sales activity in a structured, fast-paced environment.
The Role
*Providing administrative support to the sales team across live deals
*Preparing and managing financial proposals and supporting documentation
*Liaising with lenders and internal stakeholders to progress transactions
*Processing pay-outs, producing reports, and maintaining accurate CRM records
*Supporting client communication where required
*Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process
Candidate Requirements
*Previous experience in sales administration within finance, insurance, or lending
*Strong numerical ability and financial awareness
*Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Clear and professional communication style
*Must be a car driver due to office location
