Financial Services Administrator – 9-Month Fixed Term Contract

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate and efficient operational and administrative support, ensuring daily activities run smoothly while maintaining strong controls around data integrity and operational risk.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Producing accurate, high-quality work in line with SLAs and operational standards
*Supporting your line manager in maintaining up-to-date departmental guides, processes, and procedures
*Assisting with the production of accurate MI and reporting
*Escalating risks, errors, or workload challenges promptly to management
*Understanding team objectives and how they align with wider business strategy
*Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve working practices
*Supporting the delivery of projects where required
What You Need to Succeed
Must-Have
*Understanding of the Financial Services sector
*Strong adaptability and ability to work through change
*High attention to detail
*Excellent time-management and ability to handle competing priorities
*Professional communication skills with a client-focused approach
*Good level of IT proficiency
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have
*Previous administrative experience within Financial Services or Wealth Management
*Experience in working as part of a project is advantageous
