Job Description:
A reputable regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to handle high-quality commercial work with genuine progression prospects.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions.
*Handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, lease renewals, and assignments.
*Acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and SMEs.
*Supporting senior lawyers on complex commercial real estate transactions and development matters.
*Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, heads of terms, licences, and reports on title.
*Conducting due diligence, searches, and enquiries.
*Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
Key Skills & Experience
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in commercial property law (NQ considered).
*Strong understanding of commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and general property work.
*Excellent drafting, technical accuracy, and attention to detail.
*Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
*Commercially aware with a strong client-care focus.
