Job Description:
Health & Safety AdvisorSalary: £35,000 – £42,000
Location: Essex office base with majority site visit working across London & surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time | Day shifts
A growing specialist contractor is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support operational sites, it would suit professionals with backgrounds in industries such as housing developments and active building projects etc. This role is a mix of office and site-based work and would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on and visible on site.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out site inspections, audits and safety reviews
*Support site teams with practical health & safety guidance
*Review and manage RAMS and safe working practices
*Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
*Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
*Monitor compliance with UK health & safety legislation
*Produce clear reports and improvement actions
Requirements:
*NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualification
*Experience in a site-based health & safety role
*Background within construction, groundworks or similar sectors
*Confident communicator able to work with site and management teams
Package:

*20 days holiday plus bank holidays
