Key Responsibilities
*Managing a mixed caseload of private family law matters.
*Handling divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
*Drafting statements, consent orders, agreements, and court applications.
*Conducting advocacy where appropriate.
*Building strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives.
*Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex cases.
Key Skills & Experience
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law (NQ to Senior considered).
*Experience handling private family matters.
*Strong communication, drafting, and client-care skills.
*Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
*A proactive, empathetic, and commercially minded approach.
