EAC are representing a warm, welcoming Organisation based in Milton Keynes looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse operations and support a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Managing daily warehouse operations and layout planning
*Overseeing deliveries, dispatches, and strict timeframes
*Leading, motivating, and supporting a small warehouse team
*Hands-on involvement in warehouse duties when required
*Operating a forklift as part of daily operations
*Identifying and resolving operational issues efficiently
*Maintaining accurate records using warehouse IT systems
Ideal Warehouse Manager:
*Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
*Counterbalance License (Ideal)
*Able to use a Forklift and confident operator
*Physically fit and happy to do heavy lifting
*A natural problem solver with a proactive mindset
*Happy to be hands-on and lead by example
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Good IT skills (warehouse systems, stock control, Microsoft Office)
*Local to Milton Keynes and must be able to drive
