Events Administrator – Temporary Role (Immediate Start – End of February)
Location: Crawley - Hybrid


Are you an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a busy events environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic events team supporting the delivery of high-profile global events.
You’ll be working closely with the Head of Event Operations to ensure the smooth planning and execution of upcoming events. If you enjoy coordinating logistics, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and being part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, this role will be perfect for you.
In this position, you will:
*Support venue research, supplier shortlisting and general event preparation.
*Liaise with venues, sponsors, award entrants, speakers, and suppliers.
*Create essential event documentation such as running orders, scripts, packs, and onsite materials.
What you’ll need:
*Previous experience supporting events or conferences.
*Strong organisation, time-management and multitasking skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication.
*High attention to detail and confidence managing multiple deadlines.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
*A proactive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
This is an immediate start role running until the end of February, ideal for someone ready to hit the ground running and support a busy calendar of upcoming events.
