Job Description:
SJC Legal are working with a full service, award winning law firm based in Leeds City Centre, who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.
The Role
*Deals with a caseload of sale files from inception to completion
*Draft contract and transfers
*Obtain searches
*Request redemption figures
*Deal with exchange of contracts
*Deals with completions
The Candidate
*A minimum of 2 plus years working in Conveyancing
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Remuneration & benefits
