In this role, the successful Semi-Skilled Operative would be responsible for supporting the workshop team, carrying out essential duties that keep the operations moving. The ideal Semi-Skilled Operative would have a relevant level 3, and a want a career within engineering and defence.
The Role:
*Carry out work to the required standard and specification as detailed on job cards
*Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and local processes
*Maintain tools and workshop equipment in good serviceable order
*Report any faults or issues promptly to your supervisor
*Support the workshop team with additional duties as required
The Person:
*Level 3 in a relevant engineering or similar qualification.
*Local to Telford.
