Job Description:
My client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their well-established and growing property business. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for both experienced property professionals and individuals looking to start their first role within the industry.
Key duties include:
• Managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
• Proactively following up with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to progress sales
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience within property sales or the desire to work in the industry
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, target-driven mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
