Resident Services Advisor / Resident Experience Coordinator
Sheffield City Centre | £26,000–£28,000 DOE
12-month Fixed Term Contract
Anna Maher Recruitment is proud to be supporting a city-centre client in their search for a Resident Services Advisor to join their onsite team.
This role would suit someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, property or residential management who enjoys building relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities:
*Acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
*Supporting building operations and resident services
*Coordinating move-ins, move-outs and inspections
*Liaising with contractors and managing maintenance requests
*Supporting community events and resident engagement
*Ensuring communal areas are welcoming and well maintained
What we’re looking for:
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach
*Strong customer service experience
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
One weekend per month (time off in lieu provided)
