If you love great coffee, great conversations and the freedom of the open road, this role gives you all three. You’ll be representing a respected, long established coffee business that supplies some of the UK’s best known hospitality venues from championship golf clubs to boutique hotels, busy restaurants and independent cafés.

Whether you’re an experienced field sales professional, a hospitality manager craving a Monday–Friday job, or a genuine coffee nut ready to turn passion into a career, this is a role where your personality and drive matter more than your CV.

• Managing a territory across Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness and surrounding areas

• Visiting golf clubs, hotels, restaurants, cafés and leisure venues to showcase premium coffee solutions

• Securing new business and maximising revenue from existing accounts

• Demonstrating equipment, products and service packages with confidence

• Generous holiday allowance

• Full training and ongoing support at our Coffee Training Centre

• A role with autonomy, variety and real earning potential

Experienced Field Sales Professionals

You know how to build relationships, manage a territory and close deals. You enjoy autonomy and thrive on hitting targets.

Hospitality Leaders Wanting a Monday–Friday Life

Maybe you’re a restaurant supervisor, hotel duty manager, bar manager or café manager. You understand service, you know how operators think, and you’re ready for a commercial role with no late nights, no split shifts and no weekend rotas.

Coffee Enthusiasts

You love the craft, the flavour, the equipment and you’re excited by the idea of helping venues elevate their coffee offering. Sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

• Confident, warm communicator

• Comfortable meeting people face to face

• Self motivated and organised

• Happy managing a large territory across the North of Scotland

• Curious, commercially minded and eager to learn
