This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors across the PQE spectrum – NQ (Newly Qualified) through to senior solicitors with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
The Role
You will manage a varied and engaging caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, which may include:
*Contract disputes
*Property litigation
*Debt recovery
*Professional negligence
*Contentious probate
*Company and partnership disputes
*General dispute resolution work
You will handle files from initial instruction through to resolution, with appropriate supervision depending on your PQE level.
Key Responsibilities
*Running a mixed litigation caseload independently
*Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base
*Drafting pleadings, statements, applications, and correspondence
*Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and case management requirements
*Building long-term client relationships and contributing to department growth
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
*NQ to 6+ PQE in litigation or dispute resolution considered
*Strong drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload with excellent attention to detail
*Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
*Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
