Role Description:
Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking print solutions provider, is currently seeking an experienced Print Operator to join their production team in Takeley, Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with hands-on experience operating EFI Vutek (or similar) large format digital printers to work within a modern facility equipped with the latest technology.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate EFI Vutek large format printers to produce high-quality printed graphics
*Prepare print files, materials, and substrates to ensure efficient production workflow
*Monitor colour accuracy and consistency throughout print runs
*Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot print equipment as needed
*Liaise with finishing and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion
*Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
Candidate Profile:
*Proven experience operating EFI Vutek or comparable large format printers
*Strong understanding of large format print processes, materials, and finishing techniques
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control
*Ability to interpret and deliver according to detailed job specifications
*Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to production challenges
*Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
