Electrician (PAYE)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Specialist Renewables Training + Company Van & Fuel Card + Annual Bonus + Private Dental & Medical Cover + Paid Christmas Shutdown

Are you an Electrician looking to move into a stable, long-term role within the renewable energy sector, with consistent work, structured training, and the backing of a growing business covering a local and regional patch?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established renewable services provider during a period of sustained growth, where you’ll receive hands-on training across a range of clean energy technologies including Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, and Air Source Heat Pumps. In this role, you’ll work on the installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis of modern electrical and renewable systems, supporting high-quality project delivery across domestic and commercial sites throughout East Anglia. You’ll be provided with a company vehicle, tools, PPE, and structured development to build long-term expertise within the renewables sector.
This position would suit a Electrician seeking a secure PAYE role with long-term progression, strong benefits, and the opportunity to transition into renewable energy technologies.
The Role:
Installing Solar PV systems, battery storage, EV charging points, and renewable technologies
Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on electrical and renewable systems
Supporting the delivery of renewable projects across East Anglia
The Person:
Qualified Electrician
Full UK Driving Licence
