Job Description:
Residential Conveyancer
A well-established, regional law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its well established conveyancing team.
The firm has built a strong reputation for providing a reliable, personal and first-class service, combining traditional values with modern technology. Many clients return repeatedly due to the firm’s transparent approach, clear communication and consistent service standards.
The role will involve:
*Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
*Handling sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold matters
*Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
*Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
The firm is open to candidates who are:
*Qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers with around 2 PQE
*Comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
*Client-focused, organised and commercially aware
