Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in fabrication, welding, have worked in a BS EN1090 environment or facilitated the accreditation.

You’ll bring:*Proven experience leading fabrication or welding teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment
*Have worked in a BS EN1090 environment or facilitated the accreditation.
*Strong technical understanding of steelwork, welding procedures, and QA standards
*Hands-on, people-focused leadership style
*Demonstrable success improving processes, productivity, and performance
*Commercial awareness and effective resource planning skills
