Commercial Contract Project Manager
Location: Remote / Home Based, UK only
Type: Permanent

What you’ll do:
*Manage the daily customer service needs and service delivery operations at GxPAssure. This includes enquiry management, project planning, project initiation, project delivery and project close activities.
*Participate in and / or lead calls with current and potential GxPAssure customers, identify opportunities and offer suggestions for clients to receive and evaluate services.
*Think and react quickly to opportunities or obstacles as they arise during communication processes.
*To grow customer accounts through active relationship management.
*Move contracts smoothly from start to finish; reviews, sign-off, e-signature, tidy filing, renewals, and close-out.
*Keep our contract list up to date and on track, with key dates and responsibilities clearly owned.
*Help prepare and check common agreements (e.g., supplier terms, statements of work, confidentiality and data agreements).
*Use e-signature tools and shared folders so signed documents are easy to find and share.
What you bring:
*3+ years in a contracts, admin, or related coordination role.
*3+ years’ experience in a commercially focused position in a technical environment.
*Great organiser and communicator with strong attention to detail who is able to manage deadlines effectively.
*Confident with Word/Excel and shared drives. Must be able to review and edit redlined documents.
*Willingness to travel to trade events or similar as required.
Nice to have (NOT essential):
*Experience in pharma, biotech, medical devices, or healthcare.
*Experience with e-signature software.
*Experience with contract creation software.
