Assistant Management Accountant | £30,000 – £32,000 + Study Support | Blackburn & Hybrid | Fast-growing business | Great working environment
Axon Moore are proud to be working alongside a rapidly-growing organisation in Blackburn as they recruit for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Management Accountant to join their dynamic team.
This role will be well suited to candidates who are either AAT qualified, studying AAT L4 or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA who are looking to take the next step in their career to gain experience in assisting with management accounts. The candidate must be a fast learner and have a keen eye for detail as well as being able to process transactions accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
*Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Bank reconciliations
*Providing month end support
*P&L reconciliations and analysis
*Fixed asset reconciliations
*Processing monthly expenses
*Provide cover for purchase ledger and accounts receivable
Required Skills and Experience:
*AAT qualified/ studying AAT L4 or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA
*Experience within an Accounts Assistant role or similar position
*Excellent attention to detail
*Well organised with good time management skills
*Proactive and inquisitive mindset
*Good IT and Microsoft Excel skills

*Starting salary up to £32,000
*37.5 hours per week
