Job Description:
SJC Legal are working with a full service law firm based in West Yorkshire, who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Batley.
The Role
*Assist Fee Earners with all aspects of their caseloads
*Draft contract and transfers
*Obtain searches
*Request redemption figures
*Deal with exchange of contracts
*Set up completions
The Candidate
*A minimum of 12-18 months in Conveyancing
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
*Good knowledge of Land Registry.
Remuneration & benefits
