Temporary Personal Assistant (Senior Leadership Team)

Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Office based Chertsey
Our Client is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and diary management support to senior leaders on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
*Manage diaries, meetings and correspondence.
*Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
*Prepare agendas, reports and meeting materials.
*Arrange meetings, events and travel logistics.
*Handle confidential information with discretion.
*Provide general administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience
*Experience within a similar role
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
*Professional, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
