Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (with an on-call rota)
The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical & Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established engineering services team based in King’s Lynn. This role offers long-term stability, regular overtime, and the chance to develop your skills within a supportive and experienced team.

Your Responsibilities*Attending sites and carrying out assessments where required
*Stripping, overhauling and repairing industrial gearboxes, pumps and electric motors
*Working on a range of general mechanical equipment
*Participating in an emergency call-out rota
*Completing final inspections and quality sign-off
*Following established procedures and guidelines
*Working independently and to tight deadlines
*Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
*Supporting Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards
*Being flexible and willing to work overtime when required
What We’re Looking For*A mechanical fitter with some exposure to industrial gearboxes, pumps or electric motors (advantageous but not essential)
*Ability to use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, etc.)
*A strong team player with a proactive attitude
*High levels of self-motivation and reliability
*Full UK driving licence
