Our client is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing team in Crawley! Joining a supportive & dedicated successful sales department, you’ll be supporting existing customers while following up on warm leads and fact-finding customer requirements to identify sales opportunities for the Account Managers.

This is not an aggressive sales role – it’s all about genuinely listening to what clients want and need and offering the best solutions for them.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Proactively call businesses to build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
*Engage customers confidently over the phone to identify needs and promote products that align with their requirements.
*Provide quotations, follow up to convert to sales, and process orders.
*Analyse customer trends and market insights to identify sales opportunities.
*Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to deliver a seamless service.

What We’re Looking For

*Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with both new and existing customers over the phone.
*An honest and friendly sales approach.
*Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

*Ideally, prior experience in a similar proactive, sales support role.
*UK Driving Licence

The Package
*Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
*Salary £34,000pa + bonus.
*Hybrid working available after probation.
