EAC Consulting Group are representing a rapidly growing Finance Organisation based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an ambitious, target driven Sales Executive to join their growing business. If you have a passion for sales, hitting and exceeding Targets then this is the role for you.
The opportunity to earn lucrative commission with a realistic OTE of £120,000 by year 3!
You must be comfortable working in a heavily outbound role.
On Offer for the Sales Executive:
*£36,000 basic
*OTE approx 1st year £50,000 2nd year £70,000+
*Generous uncapped commission

*Clear progression to Senior Account Manager
Duties for the Sales Executive:
*Generate and close new business
*Generate and qualify leads by either cold calling, email or using LinkedIn
*Negotiate confidently and close professionally
*They will ensure that all proposals and documents remain compliant
*Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion to meet deadlines
*Manage existing relationships and build successful networking relationships to grow the business.
*They will be committed to the delivery of a positive client experience.
*They will be committed to improving their knowledge of the finance products on offer.
The ideal Sales Executive:
*Hungry, money motivated individual with a passion for sales
*Must be happy to pick up the phone and make 100 outbound dials+
*Previous sales experience and working in a fast paced sales role is a must!
*The determination and drive to work to and exceed targets
*Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
*Strong organisational skills and with the ability to work within a team or independently.
