The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

* Remortgages

* Transfers of equity

* Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions

You will have the autonomy to run your own files while benefiting from a collaborative working environment and strong administrative support.


The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

* The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and accurately

* Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and current procedures

* Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills

* A proactive, detail-focused approach

* Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant conveyancing experience
