THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will play a key role within the corporate team, taking responsibility for a broad and stimulating caseload of corporate finance transactions and company law advisory matters. This will include advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and general corporate governance issues.
You will work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm on complex, high value matters, while also managing your own matters and client relationships. The role offers regular client contact and the opportunity to act as a trusted adviser to a diverse client base, including owner managed businesses, public companies, private equity and venture capital funds and financial institutions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload encompassing corporate finance transactions and company law advisory work. You will advise a diverse client base including owner managed businesses, public companies, private equity and venture capital funds and banking institutions.
You will be commercially astute, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic and solution focused advice. The role requires excellent advocacy, drafting and client relationship management skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach and a genuine interest in business development.
