Field Service Engineer (Mechanical)
£28,000 - £38,000 + Overtime + Door-to-Door Pay +Training + Progression
Bridgnorth, Shropshire
Do you have a background in Mechanical service/installation, welding or similar looking for a field based role with a market-leading Agricultural business that will invest in your training and development, upskill you and offer multiple routes to progression?
On offer is the chance to join a leading business involved in the designing, installation and servicing of agricultural processing and storage equipment UK wide as they expand their team to meet growing demands of the business. You will be required to stay away on a regular basis.
You will work on heavy industrial gears and motors, as well as carry out welding and fabrication tasks. The role involves working both independently and as part of small teams, with a mix of fieldwork across the UK (including staying away when required) and workshop-based work
This role would suit a Workshop/Service Engineer from a Mechanical or fabrication background looking for a mixture of field based and workshop-based work.
The role
* Provide general maintenance services on equipment and machinery UK wide
* Carry out installation of turnkey projects
* Attending customer sites for servicing, maintenance, and breakdowns.
The person
* Mechanical Maintenance/Service/Workshop background
* Fabrication and Welding experience
