Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Psychology Graduates keen to apply psychological principles to support pupil learning and wellbeing in primary schools.
In this role you will:
* Assist in monitoring and promoting social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Support intervention groups (e.g., emotional literacy, resilience programmes)
* Work alongside SENCOs to implement strategies informed by psychological theory
* Observe and record pupil behaviour and engagement with targeted tasks
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils needing social-emotional assistance
* Contribute to reflective practice and develop insight into child development
Ideal candidate:
* Degree in psychology or related discipline
* Strong understanding of developmental, social, and educational psychology
* Good organisational and reflective skills
* Empathetic, attentive, and calm under pressure
* Passion for supporting children to thrive socially and academically
