Autism Support Assistant - Middlesbrough
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £90-£105 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism? We’re recruiting Autism Support Assistants to join a welcoming mixed community school in Middlesbrough, working with students aged 3-19 who have a range of communication, sensory and learning needs. We’re looking for people who are patient, resilient and committed to making a real difference in the lives of autistic young people.
You will:
*Provide 1:1 and small-group support
*Help create a calm, structured and nurturing environment
*Follow personalised learning and behaviour plans
*Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in:
*Youth work
*Support work / care work
*Autism-specific or SEN support
*Behaviour mentoring
*Residential childcare or therapeutic settings
*Sports coaching with SEND exposure

*You must have legal right to work in the UK
*You must be willing to attend a registration interview
