Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming Primary School in Oldham who are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child within the Early Years setting.

The Role: * Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child in Early Years

* Supporting learning, development, and emotional well-being in a nurturing environment

* Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support strategies

The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience supporting children with complex SEND needs

* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
