About the role -
As Customer Support Executive, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting sales and helping customers every step of the way. You’ll engage with customers and external partners across phone, email and online, answering enquiries, guiding them through their journey and making sure every interaction is handled with care and attention. This role is perfect for someone with a positive, proactive approach, a consultative sales mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for clients and customers, responding to calls, emails and online enquiries.
*Help turn enquiries into successful outcomes by guiding and supporting customers through the process.
*Build rapport and deliver a positive experience through friendly, clear and engaging communication.
*Organise and schedule appointments or meetings as needed.
*Keep accurate records of customer interactions to ensure smooth follow ups.
*Pass enquiries on to the right internal teams when additional support is needed.
*Hit activity targets while delivering excellent service at every stage.
*Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and create a better overall experience.
Skills & Experience:
*Goal oriented and customer focused, proactive in guiding customers and ensuring a smooth experience.
*Excellent communicator who can simplify complex information and build strong relationships.
*Team player who supports colleagues and works collaboratively to get things done.
*Strong attention to detail with accurate record keeping and experience using CRM or other business systems.
*Self motivated and reliable, taking ownership and delivering high quality results.
*Energetic, positive, and resilient, always looking to learn and improve.
In return, as a Customer Support Executive, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £27,000-£29,000 per annum, 32 days holiday along with other well regarded employee focused perks.
