* OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 in your first year

Your Role You’ll use your education knowledge to:
* Interview and support teachers and support staff
* Match candidates to suitable school environments
* Create high-quality CV profiles
* Work alongside sales teams to fill vacancies
* Build long-term relationships with schools and candidates
Following your first year, you’ll receive advanced training in:
* Business development
* Negotiation and client management
* Safeguarding and compliance
* Handling challenging conversations
Essential Criteria * UK driving licence
* UK right to work - no sponsorship
* A consistent CV showing commitment and transferable skills
* Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
* A desire to move into a commercial, target-driven role
Hiring Process * Pre-screen call with our Talent Manager
* Task stage
* First interview with Team Manager
* Final interview with Managing Director
