SEND Teaching Assistant - Nottingham
Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives?
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming school in Nottingham.
The role:
* Work closely with teachers to support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils achieve their individual learning goals.
* Assist with creating an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment.
* Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development as well as academic progress.
About you:
* Experience working with children with SEND, either in a school or similar setting.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to meet individual needs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting every child to thrive.
