Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a growing commercial client in their search for an experienced Finance Business Partner in this newly created role.
This is a pivotal role for the business and is office based 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
*Production of management accounts
*Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
*Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations.
*Process payroll, including PAYE compliance.
*Business Partner across various entities
*Conduct bank account reconciliations and manage inter-account transfers.
*Input and manage supplier invoices
*Oversee accounts payable and receivable balances for each entity within the business.
*Prepare supplier payments accurately and timely.
*Preparing and reviewing quarterly VAT returns
*Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory and statutory returns for each company
*Performing ad hoc reporting & analysis as required
Requirements:
*ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification - QBE will also be considered
*Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on controls.
*Collaborative team player dedicated to achieving collective team objectives.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
