Job role: Cloud Solutions Specialist (M365 / Azure)
Location: Hybrid - Essex / London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist to join a fast growing MSP / Consultancy to deliver cloud and infrastructure projects for a wide range of customers across the South East. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role within a consultancy environment, working across cloud, networking, and modern workplace technologies.
You’ll be responsible for project delivery, technical escalation, and supporting pre-sales where needed - always with customer experience front of mind.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver cloud, network, and infrastructure projects (minor & major)
*Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers
*Support pre-sales with solution design, surveys, and technical input
*Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to support teams
*Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are met
*Participate in out-of-hours support rota (optional)
Required Experience
*3+ years’ experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment
*Proven delivery of cloud projects including: *Microsoft 365 migrations
*Azure deployments
*SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams

*Strong customer-facing and communication skills
*Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
Technical Stack (Full Scope)
*Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams)
*Azure (identity, compute, networking, security)
*Intune / Endpoint Management
*On-prem infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, virtualisation)
*Cloud & security technologies
*Networking, connectivity, firewalls, and general MSP tooling
Nice to Have
*Microsoft Azure / 365 certifications
*VMware (VCP), ITIL
*Strong documentation and process mindset
