I C Talent are currently recruiting a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in a "Good" rated Ofsted secondary school in Bootle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain classroom experience and support students across all subject areas.
Role Overview:
*Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
*Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects (KS3 & KS4).
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
*Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
*Support pupils with their work and maintain a positive learning environment.
*Report any issues or concerns to teaching and senior staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Has previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.
*Is confident managing a classroom and promoting positive behaviour.
*Is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
*Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
*Has strong communication and organisational skills.
