Mortgage Account Manager / Mortgage Case Manager – Gateshead | OTE £40,000
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a growing, IT-led mortgage brokerage in Gateshead.
This role is ideal for a Mortgage Account Manager or Mortgage Case Manager seeking long-term progression within a professional mortgage environment offering high earnings and career development.
Key Responsibilities:*Manage and track all new mortgage enquiries
*Allocate leads to Mortgage Brokers
*Maintain CRM accuracy
*Support mortgage applications to completion
*Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients
*Ensure compliance and service excellence
Candidate Profile:*Experience in mortgage or financial services essential
*Case management or admin background preferred
*CeMAP (or studying towards) advantageous
*Strong organisational and communication skills
Benefits:*Basic salary up to £35,000
*Bonus structure
*OTE £40,000
