Protection Account Manager / Protection Case Manager – Gateshead | OTE £40,000
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a growing mortgage and protection brokerage in Gateshead.
This role is ideal for a Protection Account Manager or Protection Case Manager seeking long-term progression within a professional protection environment offering high earnings.
Key Responsibilities:*Manage and track all new protection enquiries
*Allocate leads to Protection Advisors
*Maintain CRM accuracy
*Support applications through to completion
*Liaise with clients, brokers and insurers
*Ensure compliance and service excellence
Candidate Profile:*Experience in protection or financial services essential
*Case management or admin background preferred
*R05 advantageous
*Strong organisational and communication skills
Benefits:*Basic salary up to £35,000
*Bonus structure
*OTE £40,000
*Supportive management
